Pros

Great work life balance very social and friendly Constant opportunities to progress and learn Re-structured banding of roles now more competitive pay structure Now bought by a company who aren't focussed on churning out a profit actually focus on good analysis Very good time to join

Cons

it is possible to get stuck in a rut in terms of pay. if you dont actively persue your own growth then dont expect a significant pay rise every year. you do have to put up with some pretty dirty tactics from recent competitors... hence the reviews and also some serious bad mouthing to clients - fortunately we happen to be respected in the industry.. more so than companies who just buy more companies and fail to integrate them or their databases.. regularly lose the weekend - not from working just too many socials.. the next one is bubble football Some managers just plain old shouldn't be in that position.

Pros

Great Benefits with some leeway to handle life issues They hire smart guys who know nothing of the areas they are working in.

Cons

They have an uncompromising determination to achieve excellence in everything they undertake, but lack the support to get there.

Pros

Sometimes there is coffee in the lunch room

Cons

Raises that are half of the cost of living increase, and bonuses that are less than a normal paycheck. Global "Leadership" Team that wouldn't be qualified to be a shift lead at Taco Bell. A CEO who just acts as a mouthpiece for Veritas Capital. Benefits that were great by 2019 standards, but abysmal compared to current industry standards. (And even worse for new employees) This company was great when I first started, but has quickly become not only a laughing stock of the industry it's in, but a depressing s-show for employees. Our HR is more worried about "increasing glass glassdoor scores" than listening to employees. Mass layoffs, and watching coworkers and friends get escorted out by some Temu-rented security. Almost all of whom went to direct competitors. If you want to work in this industry, just skip this place all together.
