Pros

Diverse range of consulting projects, across many different regions. Great exposure for consultants at all levels. Average work/life balance.

Cons

Poor leadership and lack of bd for consultants at all levels - part of the problem of being owned by private equity. There is little investment in its employees. Low pay compared to other firms, and absolutely no recognition of brand name. Firm culture is horrible, it seems as if everyone is using this as a stepping stone to another career.

Pros

Work life balance, great pool of talented people, great exposure to clients and industry events, highly respected in the industry, management is realizing that talent is key, becoming more professional in terms of structure, regionalizing decision-making autonomy.

Cons

Poor bonus structure, takes long time to advance to next level, Scottish-centric management, could improve people diversity, lacks clear career development/progression pathways for employees, need a graduate program to constantly attract young talent.
