Competitive salary and benefits, smart and supportive coworkers. Very much a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere.

Cons

Too many managers and not enough opportunity for junior staff to advance. Very different atmosphere depending on what program you're working for - some are significantly more laid back and place more emphasis on work life balance than others.
