A great place to work

Pros

While the work culture varies widely by program/initiative, overall WRI is a lovely place to work. Everyone is kind, committed to the same vision. Great flexibility with working from home, sick days, time off. Great travel opportunities.

Cons

Executive management is completely out of touch with the realities of the programmatic work. Experience of junior staff very uneven across programs.

Pros

WRI has extremely passionate and intelligent people who want to change the world.

Cons

Priorities are often shifting as donor dollars change. This is normal in NGOs.
