Pros

Great people, super-intelligent colleagues, laid-back work environment

Cons

Extremely low, below industry standard pay. For an international organization it is "too much talk, less thought on implementation". Often a junior staff is not valued enough, as higher management just considers them as easily replaceable cheap labor. Literally no path for growth here.

Pros

WRI has interesting, mission-driven work and smart, dedicated employees. The work environment is a key reason I've worked here for 10+ years.

Cons

I wish that we offered higher starting salaries for junior and mid-level manager positions, as I know many who have taken a salary cut to work here. The silver lining is that at junior levels , promotions can happen each year if you perform well. Senior positions are more well-compensated.
