Pros

good research environment, young and helpful staff, good benefits, good research network to connect other NGOs, research institute, think tanks, unversities and experts, as well as government.

Cons

so so work-life balance, trainig is not doing well, sometimes to close to the government instead of independent research. sometimes too many travels, which are not really necessary
