Pros

WRI was my first job out of college. I loved it there. Job location was excellent, easy to get to because of its proximity to the train station, and good pay. Professional Development opportunities were plenty.

Cons

I don't have much to say that's bad about WRI.

Pros

mission driven org, chances to work on different projects and interact with colleagues with diverse backgrounds good benefits including paid time off and healthcare coverage. etc. a place you can do something influential and make real impacts if you have the expertises and the will/ambition

Cons

WRI is still maturing and I would say the Hr doesn't funtion as it suppose to be. it's a bit messy within the org when it comes to responsiblity assignment, performance based valuation on lower level. more senior level management is fine
