      Pros

      Fantastic mission, great work, really engaging and interesting projects They really care about your development. I see myself here for a long time!

      Cons

      Seems like peoples experiences depend heavily on the team They recently shifted to hybrid for ~ half of staff, requiring 2 days / week in the office, which I think is dumb considering about half of their staff is remote.
