A very healthy environment where everyone is passionate about the work and cares more about the organization's mission than the individual. You get to work with and learn from many bright and creative minds.

Cons

Work culture often encourages to get swamped working on multiple initiatives simultaneously, which can lead to burn out and lack of depth one can put into their assignments. This may lead to teams having less time for cross collaboration and subsequently sometimes work duplication.
