Pros

Remote work and alternative work schedule (AWS). Friendly colleagues who genuinely want to know each other, and are concerned about climate change.

Cons

High turnover and understaffed. Current staff are talented, often working more than 40 hour weeks, and not compensated fairly for it when comparing for similar roles in Washington, DC. Unclear vision for each center and overall organization.
