Pros

International network with variety of programs, projects and expertise. They are also very rooted to data, science and technology. For an NGO (in Indonesia), great compensation and benefit package (especially if you're hired as full time staff). Well established relationship with donors.

Cons

Complex and unclear management system which complicate project implementation. Some solutions may be discussed with slight to no implementation. Big institution, effectivity questionable. Tendency to be distracted and took more projects than necessary. Unclear career path.
