Pros

Great colleagues who are dedicated and intellectually stimulating. Work is interesting and challenging. Pay is ok for a NGO.

Cons

Lack of urgency in filling senior positions (4+ years without hiring) created major funding cliffs and teams relied heavily on one major funder. HR had constant turnover and lacked any empathy. Org is extremely top heavy with senior leaders whose jobs are unclear and out of touch with junior staff.
