Pros

Lots of great people, doing fantastic important work. Lots of growth, and I anticipate this will continue due to the increased attention the issues they are dealing with is receiving.

Cons

It's difficult to figure out what's going on in other departments and even sometimes in your own department if it's a large one.

This is the place to go if money is not an issue. You will be working with some pretty amazing (and super smart colleagues). Opportunity to be creative and work independently. Lots of brown bags - great place to learn

Cons

Salary. Health insurance could be a little better Not very organized. Some overqualified staff
