Pros

Big name I guess? But to be honest I didn’t really know them before I worked there. If you get on a good (read: functional) team you can be insulated from a lot of the drama for a few years.

Cons

No upward growth, positions filled at entry level without thought for progression at the org — you are almost expected to leave after 2 years and if you get (un)lucky you get thrust into management before you’re ready when the person above you resigns. Results in constant reorgs and bad managers.
