Pros

Much of the staff are incredibly passionate and mission driven. There is a really great environment in that respect. The company has also been very very flexible during the pandemic and helping staff navigate the new normal and work life balance.

Cons

While the program teams are all fantastic and passionate and kind, the HR team and some parts of the core teams not so much. Huge issues with HR.

There are some wonderful people here who are trying to change the world and have dedicated their lives to making our world more sustainable and equitable for all.

Cons

Office politricks. Believes they are inclusive, however watch out for senior management and the gaslighting they do especially to minorities and women. Sexual harassment and race-based discrimination, gatekeeping etc. have definitely gone on here.

meaningful and inspiring work, very dedicated colleagues, supportive through COVID pandemic

Cons

although the salaries are average, they don't account for the expensive cost of living in DC.
