Pros

Many diverse projects, free coffee, bright work environment, motivating start-up vibe, access to some of the world's most powerful organizations and research groups.

Cons

Tight deadlines, some pettiness, high stress at times and not much room for upward mobility/growth.

Pros

The people are fantastic and passionate, and deeply care about quality data-driven science to solve our climate challenges.

Cons

The organization has grown rapidly in a short amount of time and has struggled to "do fewer things better". It's tough to balance quality and speed. Senior leadership is further promoted, while many entry- and mid-level staff are stifled and stagnate.
