Interesting work, colleagues that are passionate about the mission, good benefits, solid place to start your career

Cons

Hit a wall if you don't have a master's degree, growing too fast, staff are stretched (management keeps committing to do "fewer, bigger things" but continues to just pursue more, bigger things)

Pros

Fantastic management team: transparent decision making, continuous improvements to benefit staff, opportunities for growth. Inspiring work environment: staff are passionate, incredibly intelligent, and very professional and respectful. Good pay for a nonprofit. Exceptional benefits.

Cons

Some staff complain about burnout but I have not had that experience at WRI. I hear that attempts are being made to alleviate this.
