I can say I am blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work at WRI! Independence and respect to each and every employee is of utmost importance here. Not even during the toughest situations like COVID, did the organisation have a pay cut or any layoff! Every on from the CEO a contractual person and an intern is treated equally and with the same respect And even the views of an intern is given the importance The office is full of homely vibes and warm smiles
