      Pros

      Aside from the "leadership" team, a great group of people.

      Cons

      No advancement for junior staff. Management/leadership team is tight knit group that doesn't really care about the staff. They are more focused on getting good press and/or recognition. Leadership doesn't know how to handle growth.
