Pros

Great people at Associate and below level, all with lots of passion for solving important issues. Some individual terrific projects. Important mission.

Cons

Management. Lack of conviction. Title and hierarchy gets in the way of allowing the best people to contribute their best. Ethical breaches seem to slip through if senior level people commit them.
