      Morning Devotion , Prayer Day, Concern for Human. Feelings and activities for Children, Widow, Farmer, Adolescences,Infant , Pregnant Mothers, pettyshop business, land levelling , irrigation facility , training , etc

      Cons

      Remove gap between Top level management to bottom level. Reduce paper work. Provide overseas opportunity to all Atleast once.

      Pros

      People are really nice there. Most of the employees are really passionate about working there and are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      It’s a very hard job. Full of rejection, standing up for long hours at a time with no break. The management expects a lot from you that doesn’t seem achievable

      There is a lot of support between colleagues. Additionally, my managers were supportive of professional development opportunities and wanted to support my professional growth.

      There is a lot of staff "restructuring," which not only can be disheartening and stressful, but it can also lead to inefficiency.
