Pros
Great organization to get a sense of working in a big place. Great exposure to international experience. Feeling of being part of something big. Learning lots of basic skills, especially when you are at the early years of your career.
Cons
Not much collaboration across departments unless your work assumes engaging with others. It can be hard to develop contacts with most other colleagues in other departments. So one might end up not having the big network expected for such a big organization.
