      Pros

      World Vision has many offices and will allow employees to be exposed to many countries with a very wide international footprint.

      Cons

      Succession planning and promotions could be improved. Also World Vision may not be a very good payer but there are other benefits that can be obtained.

      WVI is a purposeful INGO with great staff, dedicated to a cause, who achieve extraordinary things every day in around 100 countries globally.

      Cons

      The federated Partnership organisation is complex and can sometimes be difficult to navigate.
