Hi there! Thank you for taking time to leave a review of working at World Vision in our Monrovia, California office. We recently renovated our Monrovia office to be much more roomy, visually and ergonomically appealing to staff and visitors.

Exceptional Goal, Unqualified directors

Pros

Amazing mission. upper management (CEO, VP level) are people that inspire you with their work and experience. Brilliance that makes you want to follow their lead

Cons

Heavy Director level staffing, unqualified and negatively impact the cost of doing the work (they are expensive, their errors are time consuming, and their poor leader ship causes turnover of good people)

We do invest in exit interviews in an effort to identify opportunities for continuously improving our workplace to be a great place to work to do the work we do. Most recently we have embarked on a purposeful organization health plan to simplify work, equip our managers even moreso and strengthen career support for staff. Living out our core Christian values is at the center. We're committed to continuous improvement so keep in touch at worldvision.org.
