      Pros

      Incredible supportive people to work with, passion to transform the lives of the poor, genuinely friendly place to work, provides an opportunity to live out your Christian faith in a work setting (a pro is this is what you want!)

      Cons

      Currently lacking strong leadership. Not very progressive in it's working culture and ways of working. Struggles to follow through on its desire to develop talent. Although everyone is incredibly nice, it can sometime mean that conflicts are suppressed - this is normally for the perceived 'greater good' but often just leads to a lack of maturing and developing as an organisation.
