      Great Culture, Established Internship Program, Coming to work with people who love what they do and believe in it.

      Cons

      Typical 9-5 job in some ways, although that's not necessarily a bad thing for some people.

      Pros

      The mission of the company is phenomenal and the people in HQ truly believe in it and have a heart for children. The field work is - the best there is in terms of community transformational engagement. New CEO Edgar seems to be a very bright guy. Quality of life is good.

      Cons

      The culture is not collaborative. Profits // sponsorship is decreasing and there have been recent layoffs (30+ this month). The processes to get things done are very difficult and not streamlined. A lot of politics, its more about who you know than the quality of your work. Maternity leave is terrible, 2 weeks at half pay. Often slow pace / boring.
