      Cooperative Culture

      Pros

      Cooperative management, good training facility, feel valued, good compensation, humanitarian work so you can feel your humanity.

      Cons

      There were not many cons in this type of work, except for being away from my house and after that I need to go further distance to meet with the Syrian refugees. The management was cooperative on this side, but of course they need to finish all lists arranged to help refugees.

      Some wonderful people - and I greatly enjoyed working with diverse teams from more than 15 countries

      Cons

      Very fundamentalist Christian in some countries/amongst some teams.
