      Pros

      Wonderful to work for an organisation that does great things locally and globally. And despite some people's beliefs, they are a reasonably efficient organisation - one of the most efficient NFPs

      Cons

      Restructures to try to fix problems, but no apparent real changes. Decisions require approval from above, when actual knowledge is coming from below. This leads to slow decision processes.

      Pros

      The Mission and Vision inspired me to work for World Vision. The development work done for the poor children is highly appreciated.

      Cons

      Get discouraged when some of the christian ethos are changed and trying to please the people than the Creator.
