The slogan of this organization is “Together Possible,” but there are moments every day when I find myself questioning it. It’s often harder to collaborate internally than with external partners, and I’ve come to truly understand why this slogan exists

As with most non-profits, often need to work longer hours, despite an institutional move to promote work-life balance and depending on your job title the compensation for the expenses in the area for staff required to work at HQ does not keep up with current reasonable living expenses for single earner households, especially with regional childcare costs.
