      Senior Technical Specialist

      Pros

      Good Salary and interesting work. Very intellegent engineers.

      Cons

      Job was not stable. If you get low on work, they get rid of you right away rather than giving you overhead work. In the last year, they started sending a bunch of work to China (which was inferior and had to be redone in most cases) instead of keeping engineers in the US busy to save a couple bucks.

      Good benefits, decent pay, excellent amount of paid time off.

      Cons

      Unbelievably horrible managment! Lack of communication, favoritism. Workers are asked to come in start working earlier than scheduled without pay. Supervisors make errors that's should be grounds for firing but the PM looks the other way. Total lack of moral!
