The company provides services across the entire spectrum of engineering, procurement, and construction activities anywhere in the world. Tries to focus on continuous improvement and is, therefore, always adjusting the vision of the company years into the future.

Cons

The company is very sensitive to changes in the marketplace of EPC services and is currently suffering from a lack of work. The company needs to win more work immediately as they are laying off personnel at this time.

Some Leaders are self centred (sacrifice talents to protect their role) not seeing whole picture. Lacks a learning organization culture. Should seek ways to save cost rather than just making headcount reduction as one main solution especially the specialists.
