Great diversity of work available - a great place to begin your career, but you must spend time on site to get the most benefit.

Cons

They treat staff well in good times, but everything changed as the GFC took hold. Comunication with staff that isn't window dressing can be hard to come by.

Pros

the office location is out of downtown so the commute is great. relaxed work environment. good work life balance. care about staff.

Cons

junior staff put in roles they are not qualified for. professional staff don't always treat support staff respectful. lots of corporate work is being that done that does't make much difference.

Culture of empowerment, flexibility, open-minded and visionary top management, don't feel 'stuck' in a role - you can play your strengths here. Not too much politics compared to other corporations this size.

Cons

It is still a little conservative in outlook - still a lot of 'old-school' management thinking within the middle ranks
