Pros
Great company to gain knowledge as an entry level engineer from people who have been there for years. Friendly work atmosphere. Compensation is great compared to a lot of other places, but is mainly on par with its competitors.
Cons
Focus is put on following procedures but there isn't anytime to put the procedures in place or develop them as all of the engineers are busy charging to projects. The company doesn't like to have hours that aren't billable so therefore all training and development is expected to be done while you work or on your time. Has a very hard time gaining and retaining top notch clients, they go after the clients that are difficult to work with and this causes lots of stress amongst everyone on those projects.
