1. Quality of work is poor. At Mumbai office (Gigaplex), there is just workshare activity. You just have to do what you have been told without much involvement in the project. 2. Working hours are extending upto 12 hours on daily basis. 3. Even if you are a permanent employee you will be asked to put leaves if you don't have work. If you have work but not enough manhours then also you will be asked to work and put your leaves. 4. There is no pay parity. Employee's skill set and qualification is not valued and current salary will purely depend on previous salary. 5. HR is really poor. There is no responsibility and accountability there.

1. Indian managers exploit employees. 2. No work life balance. You may end up working 14 -16 hrs a day and also during weekends. 3. Employees have no voice, managers dominate greatly and control employee's growth. 4. No fair performance evaluation in place. 5. D&I is for name sake, higher management doesn't reflect inclusion ratio. 6. Poor payscale and increments compared to competition.
