Global, big Company and recognizable when you put it on your resume Benefits are ok and within what other employers offer within the industry

Cons

Salary is low compared to the same job in the industry No job security They put people who are not qualified for the position but has connections with Senior Management Too much Politics; causes Poor Work Quality Many get in the Company even if there degree is not related to the requirements and no work experience
