Pros

Project teams are excellent to work with, and the benefits are average.

Cons

Senior management gets shuffled around time and time again, only to have some of the same inadequate senior managers still around but in different areas, only concerned with their own well being and not the people that run the day to day operations.

Cons

Senior management are accountants, not engineers, so they are very lay-off happy. Middle management are egomaniacs.
