Great work/life balance and diverse work.

Cons

Bad employees are "reshuffled" around to other projects instead of letting them go. Overpaying for senior level people who have unrealistically high rates (i.e. senior document controls , project controls, estimators, etc.)

The salary is good, co-workers are friendly and office is at a good location. Used to be a great place to work. Management changed it too much!

Cons

They layoff too often rather then taking care of their loyal employees. Used to be a great place to work.

Paid well, with good benefits and a good working relationship with immediate supervisor & project managers

Cons

Poor, Poor, Poor communications between VP's & Management during the Oil & Gas meltdown of 2014/15. Management refused to supply any information of the status of employment and pending layoffs until they were running you out the door.
