Some of the staff implementing activities are knowledgeable and can talk through the work that needs to be completed. If they are not in a management position

Cons

Management staff is riddled with political bias and is prone to mistreating their employees and vendors. Yelling and condescending behavior with tantrums is rampant- very unhealthy environment

Cannot think of any at the moment.

Cons

Poor management communication and decision making - half of the work for every project has to be outsourced to India by mandate. My last stretch with the company, not only did I fear going to work because our department has lost 75% of the engineers, but all benefits were being trimmed (salary, vacation, benefits, sick days).
