Maybe only the coffee machine in the kitchen.

Cons

Tunnel visioned project leads and CEOs. Too much emphasis on P/L without taking into account the intangibles of staff retention to boost the manpower capability of the company when it comes to bidding for work globally. A lot of talking it up but many managers fail to deliver results and often behind schedule and the need for additional manpower without the willingness to pay market rates.

What a mess

Pros

Salary is pretty good here, at least for me. If you're into oil and gas then WP is a global leader in that industry.

Cons

Serious issues with growing pains. In their quest to grow and swallow up smaller companies they've created a very top heavy, expensive company that is currently trying to fix that with a major re-org. The software they use is horrible for project management. Their rates are too high in M&M and the upper management is a mess. A very risky company to join right now.
