Some great hydrocarbon engineers on the working level.

Cons

Treated as a tool. No consideration for what the individual wanted to do. 300 to 400 on FEED study busy for 12-18 months, then sent home when it is over if no follow on. Various specifications/procedures can be developed on overhead. Australia seems to get all this overhead work, why not US offices? Dog eat dog situation by employees to get billable hours.
