Cons

Senior Management just a bunch of cowboys with a bullying mentality. They get rid of the good leaders to support the cowboy ways. Terrible HR department.

Interesting engineering work and some fantastic project opportunities around the world. Lots of opportunity to move around if you want to.

Cons

The Perth office had a horrible management culture - full of egos, parochialism and back-stabbing. My time as a team leader there was utterly joyless. Very much a 'throw you in the deep end' attitude with little interest in supporting or mentoring to develop talent. Also a definite pay gap between men and women.
