      - Excellent career opportunities for those who demonstrate ambition and competence, - Internal training - external training if budgets allowed. - Creative graduate development programs - Great work/life balance with flexible working hours, a variety of social events to choose from, and prior to recent company re-structuring (and associated cut-backs) our office had a gym and was enrolled in a corporate decathlon. - High degree of value placed on safety and risk assessments.
