Pros

Organization has an elevator in case you are too tired to use the stairs.

Cons

It seems that there are a flurry of reviews posted ever time something negative is said on here. Wow. That should tell you what kind of people run this company. Do not solve the problem, just throw a temporary bandaid on a cut off leg. The only positive reviews of this organization are posted by the executive team in an attempt to salvage some C- recruits. Be very careful and pay attention during your interview.... You should get enough clues during that alone to know this organization is not a fit for anyone. Likely going out of business.

Pros

- Great Training! - Decent general manager staff. - Great internal communication - Group moral is great. - Gift card for overtime program is nice. Raises net pay a little. - Reasonable chance to apply for management positions. - Internal values are great. - Great next level support.

Cons

- Unrealistic metrics that cap pay between $9.60 and $10.50/hr, you will almost never ever make $13/hr for more than 30 days. - Poor staffing decisions that lead to months of mandatory overtime and long hold times that will kill your metrics and lead to management getting on your case. - Pay that is below industry and geographic area. - Stress full technical work helping customers for low pay. - Performance metrics leave negative reviews on your score card for about on average a month, two to three weeks if you work like an absolute dog. Also the customer has a chance to ding you every week. - Unreasonable average handle time expectations for role, leaving employees stressed.

Pros

Many individual contributors are truly exceptional, talented, hardworking and kind. This company used to be amazing to work for.

Cons

New management (John Visentin, CTO, VP's) do not understand product development. They micromanage without having the technical skills to make sound judgement. Goals are beyond reasonable into pure fantasy. Any pushback or attempt to communicate resource needs are met with toxicity. Management says we are empowered to change outdated processes but then force us to use the outdated processes. Instead of listening to well-developed alternative process plans, management instead enforces extra reporting, reducing the time individual contributors can spend on their value added time. There is an incredible exodus spanning all age groups and skills with no transition plan. HR ignores concerns, even when they are related to business ethics. There are no raises. There is no 401k match. Even when there was a 401k match the match was made in one lump sum the January after the year in question, however multiple times this was retroactively canceled so you could not plan for your retirement. Management has the assumption that anything can be outsourced with no oversight. There is no reward for extreme overtime put in by salaried individuals. Salaried and hourly employees have been asked to cancel their vacations or face repercussions.
