Too focused on short-term profit.

Pros

Some very smart people are trying to make things better. People generally care about each other and try to provide assistance and support. There is some real innovation going on that is exciting and has amazing potential.

Cons

The only thing that matters is profit and clients come second to making numbers. Executive leadership is far too focused on short-term profit and getting their bonuses. Never "off the clock" at any level. The best and brightest burn out with overwork and leave. Executive management decisions continually make the experience worse for employees. Force reductions have become a way of life.

Pros

The amazing people who are being used and thrown aside every day.

Cons

Ursula Burns and a focus to enrich herself, offshore everything, contribute to the demise of the working class. Xerox Services model as relates to human capital. Utter lack of communication or care about the people that do the work. Worst benefits. No pay raises for the past number of years. No investment in the technology required to even lure customers. Everyone working on the oldest software, oldest computers... even finding pens and paper is difficult.
