Pros

With over 10 years In Sales and sales management, I cannot think of any Pros. Employees are regularly screwed in compensation, raises are non existent even for top performers as I was.

Cons

Ursula has turned her back on technology, they are outsourcing nearly all manufacturing, cut most R/D talent, and are more concerned about long term deals in areas such as parking, tolls than its roots in solving real life business problems. Xerox used to be know as a TOP 100 place to work but that is history. It USED to be known as a great place for developing sales talent, but the talent has left the business leaving mostly lifers who think they Re too lose to retirement to leave.

Pros

If you really need some money, then it's a steady paycheck

Cons

No work/life balance. Stress ALL THE TIME. LITERALLY. You will work at 6am, you will work at 11pm, you will work at weddings and funerals and vacations and when you're in the hospital. This company promises clients the world, and delivers on the backs of its employees. RUN, don't walk away. You will not find a single satisfied employee.

Pros

The immediate teams you work with are great folks, very knowledgeable, tons of experience. The first layer of management does try to keep the ball rolling despite everything else.

Cons

Benefits are horrible here and get worse every year. Moral is so low that one rumor can send an entire department into misery for weeks. Upper and senior management dare never around, nor seem to care. Outsourcing is so obvious I am surprised the CEO is also on Obama's committee to bring jobs back. There is no moving up (since we keep shrinking), Everyone just goes thru the motions while waiting to be laid off or converted to work for India (HCL) where they are sucked dry of everything they know.
