Pros

Pay is good and most of the time they are flexible.

Cons

No work/life balance. A lot of smart people with no common sense and no respect. Throw people under the bus. Withhold critical information until you fall on your face, then ask you why you didn't know xxxx.

Pros

Xerox is a great product, MOS is a division of Xerox. Local management is all about sales, back room is lazer focussed in this area.

Cons

Competition is intense, credit is tight, making maintaining margin very difficult.

Pros

Xerox makes great products, and employs outstanding talent. Xerox strives to foster a professional and productive work environment, and management clearly respects the talent of it's workforce. Xerox invests in R & D and is a good position to gain market share as opportunities arise. Xerox has a very viable business model, and can think and adapt on it's feet. It is a good environment to work in.

Cons

Xerox is solely investor driven. When the economy tanked, Xerox went straight for the employees, with huge layoffs, freezing wages and slashing benefits. The strategy at the top to maintain the work force is to send out "atta boy" messages to employees, but after 4 years of nothing but cuts morale is at an all time low.
