Pros

Large company, well respected in the community and around the world. Good access to education, good work-life balance.

Cons

CEO has great ideas, but upper management is unable, or more likely unwilling, to change. Too many career Xeroids ... those without 20 years at the company have little to no opportunity for advancement. Company can't seem to get it right.

Pros

Flexiblility to balance work/life and opportunities to move around to different parts of the business

Cons

Continuous expense cuts; tends lack vision, but that's often because of the tight expense controls.

Pros

Top notch technology, team spirit, innovative solutions and drive to be the best. Lots of resources available for training, sales development and education. Well recognized name/brand.

Cons

Red tape, service team too thin, bureaucracy, low commission structure, cancel policy/chargebacks (even though it had nothing to do with your sale), motivation lacking, employee moral low. Too many layers to navigate when looking to solve problems, especially billing and field service.
