      Pros

      very good opportunity to grow professionally with educational opportunities, empowered to make local decisions to achieve objectives, very good performance feedback

      Cons

      benefits worse each year, some upper management decisions do not seem to be well thought out, some changes in policies create moral problems

      Not the company it used to be

      Pros

      In general, the company is pretty flexible in dealing with personal issues, working from home, etc. Benefits used to be good, but as the economy has taken a turn, the only way they seem to be able to show a profit, is by cutting SAG (salary, benefits, etc).

      Cons

      Senior leadership, with the exception of a couple of VPs, have absolutely no soft skills, and care more about making the bottom line and ensuring their own bonuses, than making sure the company is well set up to deliver when things turn around. Their is just no/little investment in human capital, which is sad, because it never used to be that way.

      Pros

      Excellent empowerment by management allowing employees to decide how to achieve goals Good pay, but I started with exceptionally good pay Excellent freedom to take time off

      Cons

      Little positive feedback on a job well done Pennywise and pound foolish Mid level management is out of touch Almost no opportunity to increase pay Constant layoffs Too many contract employees
