Great company benefits...great employers...great salary.. This company offered everything to it's employees, and gave them great benefits many companies do not. When it came to personal family tragedy or hardships, they went the extra mile for their people to help them in everyway possible. I have never worked for anyone better to this day.

Cons

Not so good employee equipment repar service...took forever to get laptops fixed

In my site it was very disorganized because it was new. If you're at an established site, it won't be as disorganized.

We were supposed to reduced in force (layed off) and we showed the client why we earned our position. great support structure available if you choose to partake flexible hours

Cons

pay does not change with promotion necessarily, leading to others to conclude this place is a scam, which it is not.
