Zifo culture - It is a very friendly environment wherein we can approach anybody from top to bottom. The working culture is very positive and as a team we are a family. This culture spreads a lot of positivism and every person is willing to take up responsibilities and participate in variety of tasks, not limited to projects alone. There are fun activities / celebrations on a frequent basis.
Managers - The Managers ensure that equal opportunity is given and every individual is assessed on a fair basis. There is a culture to share feedback regularly, with a keen interest to help in the development of an individual. This makes me feel that we are taken care of and assisted on setting goals. The organization is interested in employee’s personal development and it is not a mere appraisal process.
Opportunities - Every individual gets a fair / mixed set of opportunities to exhibit their potential. We are challenged to the maximum and also given the opportunity to correct ourselves, improve and grow. Expectations are set clearly and adequate training / support is provided to ensure we can handle tasks. After a period of support, we get the opportunity to take up more responsibilities and grow.
Growth - Every individual is given an opportunity to find their interest and also grow at a pace in which He or She is capable of. There have been instances on accelerated growth, wherein the person took up much more responsibilities within a very short time period.
Facilities - The HR / Facilities team is very active and ensures that the requests are processed quickly and also maintain a clean / IT supportive environment.
Information sharing - The Management creates forums to share updates on the organization and ensures we are kept informed of upcoming engagements / partnerships. This makes me feel that we are not deprived of any important information.
Management – Management is very friendly and approachable. They appreciate good work and extra support. They are truly interested in providing valuable quality services. Their vision is very clear and has translated into a significant growth. They also welcome suggestions at any point.
Salary - It is matching up to industry standards and it is even better as we grow.
Overall: I would definitely like to work here for a long time and I am proud to be part of this organization. This is an awesome place to work.
